On the 24th and 25th of January 2020, RESCON held a Business Planning and Team Building Event at the Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center in Tanay, Rizal. Led by no less than the Company CEO, Earl Arce, the task to be accomplished is Goalsetting and the formulation of ways on how to achieve these set goals. This was serious business.
Day 2 was on a lighter note. Outdoor activities presented tasks that required planning and coordination among team members so as to get as many points possible. All the team’s efforts were linked together and this demonstrated the Power of One. Clearly, teamwork was exhibited all throughout the competition. Camaraderie and unity also came to play.
